Download the legacy extension
Open Batch Analysis for Warp Stabilizer on Adobe Exchange. The legacy listing includes a trial. Follow the listing’s compatibility and installation instructions through Adobe Creative Cloud.
In Premiere, look under Window > Extensions > Batch Analysis for Warp Stabilizer. Menu wording can vary by Premiere version.
For Premiere Pro 25.6 and newer, the new UXP extension is also available. Use its dedicated user guide; some controls and completion options differ.
Queue and stabilize multiple clips
- Open your sequence and save the project.
- Select video clips in the timeline and choose Add selected clips in the extension.
- Enable Add Warp Stabilizer if not present for footage that does not yet contain the effect.
- Choose the number of parallel analyses. Start with one and test a short batch before increasing the value.
- Start the queue and review its individual clip results when processing finishes.
The extension runs the queue for Premiere’s Warp Stabilizer. Your clips stay in the timeline; check their motion, crop and framing there after analysis.
Reanalyze existing Warp effects
For a project that already contains stabilization, enable Reanalyze all clips in queue. Turn off Add Warp Stabilizer if not present to avoid applying it to clips without Warp Stabilizer.
This is useful after a project change leaves several clips asking for fresh analysis. The extension automates the repeated analysis step. It does not restore missing media or reconstruct damaged project files.
For further background, see Vakago Tools’ article on Warp Stabilizer reanalysis messages.
Legacy settings and completion actions
The CEP panel offers queue settings for reanalysis, adding Warp Stabilizer, detailed analysis, parallel processing and retries. Its Advanced Settings include nested clips and custom presets, including an option to override existing effect settings.
Configure nested collection before adding clips. Inner clips with existing Warp Stabilizer can be included for reanalysis. Review a small queue first, particularly when working with several nesting levels.
The legacy version has save and render completion options. These differ from the UXP panel, whose completion option saves the project only. Review the options in the installed CEP panel before leaving a batch running.

When a legacy queue fails
Try the affected clip on its own with one parallel analysis. Check whether Warp Stabilizer works directly in Premiere. Confirm that the media is online and that the effect is applied at the correct level for nested or retimed footage.
If you report a problem, include your Premiere version, operating system, CEP extension version, relevant settings and exact error message. The issue tracker accepts bug reports for the product; make clear that you are using the legacy version.
